Between human and beast

Performed in the forest, this series of masks are composed of birch bark, sheep’s wool, hemp, and pinewood chips. As a science of traditions, uses and popular art, folklore bears witness to rituals and practices. Indeed orchestrated over time, it celebrates the most of the time, nature, seasons and solstices. In this way of mind, these covered-up masks become tools to perpetuate and to experience a rhythmic journey into the woods.
